AI receptionists + websites for tradies
Get your calls answered while you're on the tools.
It answers as your business and puts the job in your TradeSmart portal and pings your phone.
The problem
A missed call is a job for the next tradie.
Fri 9:40pm. A pipe's burst under the kitchen sink and the water won't stop.
It takes the details. If anyone could be in danger, it tells them to ring triple zero. The job comes to you flagged urgent.
Mon 7:05am. A property manager needs a dead power point in a rental looked at today.
It takes the address, the job and the best number, reads it back and puts it in your TradeSmart portal and pings your phone.
Wed 11:20am. Someone wants a price on a new deck while you're up a ladder.
It doesn't guess a price. It takes the job down for you to quote.
If it goes to voicemail, they ring the next number on Google.
What it won't do.
Hard limits, set before it takes a single call. You approve every line of your job rules before it goes live.
Never quotes a price you haven't set.
Out of the box, not even a call-out fee. Give it your call-out fee or a price list and it says only those, as provisional. Everything else, it takes the job down for you to price.
Never gives trade advice.
It never diagnoses a problem or tells a caller something is safe.
Never promises a time you haven't confirmed.
It takes the job down, and you set the time.
Always flags emergencies to you.
Whatever you've marked as an emergency is flagged urgent and texted to you while the caller is still on the line.
If a caller asks, it tells them it's an AI. Calls are recorded, and its greeting says so.

Questions tradies ask.
How does it work?
You answer the set-up questions in the portal, or ring the Help Line and answer them there: your services, your area, your hours and what counts as an emergency. Your receptionist is built for you, and you hear it before you pay. Once you approve it and pay, it gets its own number, and you forward the calls you can't get to.
It answers as your business, takes the caller's name, number, suburb and the job, reads it back, and puts it in your TradeSmart portal when the call ends, with a ping to your phone.
Will my customers know it's an AI?
If a caller asks, it tells them plainly that it's an AI receptionist taking the job down for you. It never pretends to be a person. Calls are recorded, and its greeting says so.
Does it quote prices?
Only prices you've set yourself. Out of the box it quotes nothing, not even a call-out fee. Give it your call-out fee or a price list and it says those as provisional prices you confirm, and nothing else. If a caller pushes on anything else, it says pricing depends on the job and you'll sort it when you ring back.
What if it gets something wrong?
It works inside hard limits, and you approve every line of your job rules before it goes live. If a call goes wrong, tell me. I fix the rule and tell you exactly what changed.
Who owns my number and my data?
Your number stays yours: calls are forwarded, nothing is moved. Your job rules and call records are about your business, and you can ask for a copy any time.
Do you build websites too?
Yes, it's our second product: a website built from your own job photos, fully SEO-optimised, with the AI chatbot on it. With the AI receptionist it's $349 a month, plus your website build ($500 Standard or $1,500 Cinematic), or $3,490 a year with a Standard website. On its own, a $500 website build, then $99 a month, or $990 a year with a Standard website. Your first version is ready within 5 business days of getting your photos and answers (10 for a Cinematic website).
Can I cancel?
Yes, it's month to month, and every plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Switch off call forwarding and your phone works exactly as before.
Get started.
Create a free account and set it up yourself in the portal, Help Line included. You hear it before you pay. No onboarding call: our time goes into building better features, and the price stays low.
