Anything that costs us per use, like extra minutes or texts, you pay what it costs us. On the website alone, small changes to the pages you have (words, prices, hours, photos, a service or a button) are part of the monthly, up to two a month, and new pages and bigger jobs are quoted as a one-off job.

Yes. Every website we build comes with the AI chatbot on it. It answers visitors from your business facts and emails you the enquiry. Its AI use is included in your plan. The AI receptionist comes with the $349 plan.

No. The monthly plans are month to month. Cancel any time.

How you cancel is written in the one-page agreement you read before you pay. If you cancel, your website stays up until the end of the period you've paid for. Want to keep it? We'll hand over your site files and help you move it to your own hosting, at no charge. Any domain we registered for you moves into your own name.
