Will it work on my website?
Yes, on most websites. On WordPress, Shopify, paid Wix and Webflow plans, and Squarespace Core or above, you paste one small piece of code and the chat sits in the corner of every page. On free Wix plans, Google Sites and GoDaddy's website builder, it goes on as a chat box on a page instead. Free WordPress.com, free Webflow and Squarespace Basic don't allow any code, so on those it goes on once you move up a plan (WordPress.com Personal, Squarespace Core or a paid Webflow plan). There are simple steps for your platform, or you give us access and we add it. We check your website before you pay.
What if it won't go on my website?
We check your website before you pay, so you'll know first. If it still won't go on after you've paid, you choose: your $99 back, or $99 off a website from us.

Its AI use. Keeping it running, and fixing it if anything breaks. Updating its facts whenever your business changes, as often as you need. And a short note each month of its chats and enquiries.
Do I need my own AI account?
No. The chat's answers come from Claude, by Anthropic, and we run that side for you. Its AI use is included in your $49 a month.
Where do the enquiries go?
To your inbox, by email: their name, their number, the suburb and the job, in their own words. If you have the TradeSmart app as well, it lands in your Leads there too.
Will it quote or book jobs for me?
No. It never quotes a price you haven't chosen to show, and it never books a time. It takes the details, and you call them back.
