James founded TradeSmart Systems on the Central Coast to build AI and automation systems for trade businesses. He works in the trade himself, so every system comes from real experience of how a trade business runs day to day.

Why someone from the trade builds software.

Because the problem is in front of him every day.

James works on the tools, and he sees what the people running trade businesses put in: up at 4 or 5, not home until 6, then the quotes still to do at night. He hasn't run a crew himself and won't pretend he has. But he's watched it up close, and most of what eats those nights is admin a system can carry. That's what we build: systems that take that work off your plate, so you win back your time, for your family or for growing the business.

Everything we build is custom built the same way. If there's a feature you don't like, or something you'd want a bit different, ask us and we'll see what we can do.
