When am I charged?
Not until you've heard your receptionist and approved it. Then you read a one-page agreement for your plan, with a link to the full terms, and tick I agree. You pay by Stripe, and your receptionist gets its own number and goes live. On the monthly, your first $299 is charged when you pay, then every month on that date. On the yearly, the $2,990 is charged when you pay. Both have a 7-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. 200 call minutes a month are included, then 60c a minute over.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. It's month to month. Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
